Ate the turkey provolone sandwich and shrimp stir-fry at the Bayline Dinner a few hours later woke up to explosive diarrhea and vomiting. Spent next 3 days with stomach pains, fever, diarrhea and headaches. Had to have a physician come onsite and was diagnosed with food poisoning. Was taken to ER and diagnosed with norovirus. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
