Soup Causes Severe Illness - Universal Studios, Orlando Florida

April 7 resort. Sapphire falls resort or city walk. Severe, Food was day before at 6pm so not sure if it could be that. Had soup at hotel. Woke up 5am severe vomiting and diareah headache and fever  Still having symptoms  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea
