About 3pm ET - at the Ice Cream Parlor. The parlor is by Diagon Alley and the Fire breathing Dragon above the Harry Potter ride at Universal Studios Orlando.. It was in a waffle cone...softserve. A person with me ordered something else as mine was the last one served.
