Report date: Apr 27, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide nd maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed appx. 40 or more mice droppings on chip display shelf and under display shelf. Must remove mice droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/27/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must eliminate crates used for storage and provide shelving units.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean debris build up from window sills,display shelves,reach in coolers,cabinet doors and turn style at service counter.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot running water under city pressure on premises at hand sink in toilet room and mopsink. Must provide hot running water at all times. Pic had to reset hot water tank during inspection. Hot running water has been restored and is now provided. (priority 7-38-030(c)
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must repair or replace missing and damaged floor tiles at service counter. Wall at front window in poor repair.
