I bought shrimp ceviche at Vallarta Supermarkets and ended up with a severe reaction (hives all over my body) about an hour later, requiring me to go to the hospital. Doctor result letter was seafood with bacteria. And their insurance refuse to cover the medical expenses, only offer me $100. This is completely unacceptable and seriously calls into question their hygiene and food handling standards.
