I bought shrimp ceviche at Vallarta Supermarkets and ended up with a severe reaction (hives all over my body) about an hour later, requiring me to go to the hospital. Doctor result letter was seafood with bacteria.

(And there insurance refuse to cover the medical expenses.) only offer me $100 This is completely unacceptable and seriously calls into question their hygiene and food handling standards. Improperly handled seafood can cause serious problems, and there is clearly a failure here. | Symptoms: Allergic Reaction
