Friday May 4th around 7:30 pm, I had the Lake Perch with fries and coleslaw. I also requested some sliced lemons. Started feeling nauseous and stomach cramps about 2 hours later and vomiting 5 hours later along with diarrhea for the next 8 hours. Cramps continued all weekend with occasional diarrhea. Was also very fatigued and slept most of two days. No one else in my party was ill nor did they eat what I ordered. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
