Closure Date: 10/17/2022Cockroach infestation. On Sept. 26, the restaurant scored a 77/C and was shut down for a day because of a cockroach infestation. When an inspector returned this week for a mandatory follow-up inspection, there were three live nymph cockroaches on the wall above a prep table, under a sink and in the women’s restroom, plus a dead roach under a bar sink, so the restaurant was shut down again. There was one other critical violation: More than 20 containers of food were at unsafe temperatures in two refrigerators that weren’t keeping cold — and one of them had also not been working properly during the September inspection.
