- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on floor under make-up display shelves on sales floor and 2nd fl. Storage shelves. Also ,a dead mouse under display shelf on 2nd fl. Storage area. Must remove droppings and dead mouse. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/24/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must clean debris build up on some sleeves in walk in cooler,reach in freezer.
