We bought hamburger and turkey stove top stuffing at Walmart on Monday January 14th. It was made that night into a meatloaf cooked at home with ingredients and spices from home. As I ate I got a feeling of being excessively full (I have had gastric bypass surgery) and was surprised by the small amount I ate to get full. We went to bed (it was a later supper around 8pm) around 10:30. I heard my partner moving around and kind of groaning. I asked what was wrong he said he had pain in is diaphragm. I also had pain in my diaphragm but am used to this as I have a small ulcer. My partner vomited twice in the night but said the pain was still there. I ate a piece of meatloaf the next day and I bit into what tasted like a chemical and ended up with pain in my diaphragm. My partner and I talked, he said when he vomited it tasted like chlorine. I am still not feeling well today. I did phone Health Links to report this contamination in the food. I presume it was when they were cleaning the grinder it was not rinsed properly. I am going to follow up at Walmart with the manager this afternoon but needed to submit this report. I still have some meatloaf in freezer if it is needed for testing. Thank you. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas6 days ago •reported by user-fcpf4792
