My boyfriend picked up a chicken wrap from our local Walmart deli. As soon as he got home and ate it. He was complaining of weird stomach pains and slept on it. The next morning he woke up even worse and vomited for a few hours on his birthday and was sick in bed most of the day. I will never trust Walmarts packaged deli foods again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
