Ranch Salad Sickens Shopper - Walmart, Robinson Illinois

Purchased Ranch Cobb salad on 2/6/2016; the salad was eaten late afternoon of 2/7/2016. Began feeling nauseous around 10:00pm 2/7/2016. Began vomiting around midnight, and alternated between vomiting and diarrhea until 5:30am 2/8/2016. Started hydrating and vomited an additional time (clear, mostly water). Eventually was able to keep down pedialite and 7-Up, and was able to eat a few cookies. Recuperating on 2/9/2016, but still pretty weak.

I am close to positive that the Walmart salad was the cause. since I had not ate anything since breakfast on 2/7/2016 (cereal and milk). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
