Got 2 salads here. One was the fried chicken salad, the other was apply walnut salad. I had the fried chicken salad and immediately got severe stomachache, dizziness, nausea. I was at work so I tried to finish and when to customer service here to return the other one. They said it's not in the system (even tho I got it in the morning), so they can't do anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
