Repeated Illness from Meals - Walmart, Elk Grove California

I ate a Hormel roast beef meal from the shelf that made me sick. I went to the hospital and they gave me medication to settle my stomach and symptoms. This is the second time they has harmed me
The first time was under cooked bloody chicken in Sparks, Nevada. They didnt want to acknowledge or compensate me for the agony and pain I went through on that claim. So this time I'm making sure they know that they will be RESPONSIBLE for this incident. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
