I bought a simple burger no cheese, and nothing just meat and bun. They gave me a burger with onions, mayo, pickles, and little to no ketchup. It tasted fine till 1 hour and my stomach started to hurt and felt a little nauseous. I eventually slept and woke up and my stomach hurt more and I had diarrhea. I threw up after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
