Burger Mishap, Stomach Upset - Walmart, Mesa Arizona

I bought a simple burger no cheese, and nothing just meat and bun. They gave me a burger with onions, mayo, pickles, and little to no ketchup. It tasted fine till 1 hour and my stomach started to hurt and felt a little nauseous. I eventually slept and woke up and my stomach hurt more and I had diarrhea.
