Started yesterday after me and my 10 year old at beyond chicken nuggets from Walmart I think it was from the power outage in central illinois last week. I ordered food the next day and the meat i got smelled spoiled. I kept the vegan nuggets because they were frozen. We ate them yesterday and have been sick since She's had a fever vomiting diarrhea a headache. I've had a full tight feeling in my stomach neasea and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Nausea
