RED BARON ® Thin & Crispy Five Cheese Pizza Ate left over spaghetti earlier that day, felt fine. Put the pizza in the oven around 7pm est. after eating it around 7:30/8. Went to bed around 1am/ woke up at 5 with a sharp pain in my stomach/intestines no symptoms earlier before this at all. Was constipated after that it was diarrhea immediately . My brother had the exact same symptoms but about 45 min earlier | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
