Today hormel comleats rice and chicken meal from Charlotte north Carolina and I'm sick and my 2 children got sick as well. Were all beyond sick can't eat or drink anything just vomit it up. I had to take them to hospital looks like hormel is the culprit | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Hi, thanks for your comment. If the contamination is chemical or physical, symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination, it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. Staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast. But food poisoning can also take more than a few days or even weeks to resolve. It's important to note that anyone who is experiencing signs of dehydration or blood in stool for more than 72 hours should be evaluated medically and seek medical help if they suspect something unusual about the symptoms they are experiencing.
