Monday night into Tuesday morning I only had a bagel with cream cheese when I got home from food shopping I really didn’t eat much that day and I was doing laundry and food shopping cleaning the house so I had forgotten that I didn’t eat so I ran downstairs grabbed the cream cheese made a bag over real quick went to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night vomiting so bad. No thank you have a nice dayI woke up in the middle of the night and vomited and had diarrhea I was in my bathroom for 24hrs straight and I was on the couch all day still so sick but I literally had nothing left inside me to the point I was dry heaving nothing it wouldn’t stop. I even took 3 zofran nausea medicine and it still didn’t help | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
