I ingested something terrible in a Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Honey Glazed Turkey & Potatoes meal. Spat out as much as I could, but not before swallowing some. Took photos. It looked like a bad sweet potato, but I'm not sure. Reporting immediately to help others and stay on top of situation. I have lower abdominal pain, likely unrelated though.
