Haven't had cheerios in years and had a bowl the other night and woke up with gas and diarrhea. Was feeling better as day went on and didn't think much of the cereal. Had a bowl before bed and woke up with horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, dizziness and vomiting. Will not be touching again and will need to go to ER if it doesn't calm down | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Gas
