Prepackaged Salad Sickness - Walmart, Branson West Missouri

About 12 hours after eating prepackaged salad with lettuce, carrots, ham and turkey, I started to feel nauseous and developed diarrhea. I continued to feel worse and I started vomiting. Vomited most of the night. I took some otc medication for nausea which helped.
