Cereal Causes Severe Symptoms - Walmart, Cornelius Oregon

After having 1 bowl of cereal I bloated, cramped, had extremely foul gas and diarrhea for 12 hours. I thought it was a stomach bug and after recovering completely later had another bowl full for breakfast ( different jug of milk this time) and the exact same thing happened, just took me out for the rest of the day.
What has General Mills done to this cereal? I loved it growing up, and while now I don't eat much cereal, I was feeling nostalgic and it nearly killed me ( or at least that is how it felt).. This box of cereal was purchased at Walmart. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas, Bloating
