Severe Cramps After Sauce - Walmart, Herkimer New York

I ate sauce and bread about 3 slices with sauce on top. About 1 hour later, started to get stomach cramps pain, then 10 mins later, vomiting 6 times till all the sauce came out. I couldn't lay down, or sit or stand because the pain was so intense and almost called 911. I later took Ibuprofen after 2 hours of suffering, and whimpering in bed. Till the 4 Ibuprofens took effect. And suffered about 4 additional hours. I never experienced this type of symptoms in my life! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
