Amy's Cheese Enchiladas Sunday Sept 20 around 1900 hrs I followed the conventional oven instructions on the box for Amy's Cheese Enchiladas. I ate the enchiladas about 45 minutes later and went to bed around 2200 hrs. Feeling fine. I awoke around 0300 hrs with my stomach cramping and bloated. I was nauseated and started dry heaving. I went back to bed and felt progressively worse until my alarm went off at 0600. I was very nauseated and started having explosive episodes of diarrhea and dry heaves at the same time. I felt lite headed and dyspnic and my heart rate was up around 118 bom. I stayed home from work and started drinking lots of water in between running to the toilet all day until finally around 1500 hrs now Monday evening the bloating, nausea, and frequent diarrhea trips subsided | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
