After the kids went to bed, my husband and I made a loaf of Great Value frozen garlic bread as a treat. We do this often, so our symptoms weren't from the greasiness. It was a leftovers day, so that was the only food we shared all day. About 2 hours after, he was hit with severe diarrhea and cramping. About 3-4 hours after, I awoke with severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The next morning, he still has GI pain and I still have cramping, nausea, and lack of hunger. None of our kids are sick and our symptoms hit at such similar times that I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning, not illness.
