Ate Sam's choice philly cheese steak pizza last night, within the hour felt nausea. Struggled to move because I didnt want to vomit. We went to bed at 1030 and I laid there with chills, sweats and nausea. 1230 I grabbed the trash can and unloaded for a few minutes. Laid till the morning with nausea, sweats and chills and a throbbing headache. In the morning had nothing but diarrhea and more diarrhea with the headache and cant get the pizza flavor out of my mouth. Worst night ever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating
