Monday November 1st to November 6th, I believe it was Great Value Restaurant style salsa or the Cilantro I washed and added Just me. I became very sick about 3 hours after eating the salsa. I threw up/diarrhea for 2 days. I had very bad pain in my right side and had the urge to pee, but very little came out. Looking back I should of gone to the hospital but didn't realize how sick I was. My organs were shutting down and probably had e coli or something. I was sick for a week couldn't eat for 5 days and lost about 14 pounds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
