Three days ago my boyfriend ate some fresh salmon from Walmart’s meat department and about 45 minutes later he began to experience stomach pain and shortly after began vomiting. He wasn’t sure if that was the cause, but yesterday he tried the second air tight wrapped fillet and now he is even sicker. He keeps running to the bathroom because of nasea or diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
