Today, August 7, 2023 I purchased a pre-made Turkey Bacon Wrap from the deli section and took it home to eat for lunch. Around an hour later I started feeling intense stomach pain and nausea. Within 10 minutes of those symptoms I had the worst case of diarrhea I've ever experienced in my life. The pain and diarrhea is still occuring 4 hours later after taking pepto. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
