2 years ago reported by user-drmv3894 business

Walmart Supercenter, Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA, USA

4821 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, 23462 Virginia, United States

I purchased a pot roast with onions, carrots and celery3/22/22. When I unwrapped it, I saw that the onion was rotten and mushy. So i threw that away and washed the rest of the vegs. The meat was slimy so I washed it too. I cooked in a crock pot all day. when I ate it It taste funny. About 3 am I woke up with chills and then got sick throwing up. Was sick all day. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a year. Last time was a corned beef which was so rank I only took one bite. I am on a fixed imcome, so this was susposed to be a treat, not a sickness | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
