On September 06, 2018 My ladyfriend and grandson purchased a bag of Doritos, Banana Pepper Rings (Mild) and two (2) coconuts. On 09/08/2018 I was watching videos on YouTube, when I paused a video to go grab me one of my coconuts to eat while watching music videos on YouTube. I poked a hole in the top of the coconut to drink the water out of it as like always. Then I took the hammer and gave it a few wacks until it cracked open. Just looking at the pure white inside just made my mouth watery.I ate the coconut by myself since my Lady friend and grandson doesn't eat coconuts. The next night was similar except for, after poking a hole in the second and last coconut. I proceeded to drink the water out of the coconut. Taking five good swigs, I was like this one taste funny. So instead of swallow from this point on I would take a swig spit the water in the bathroom sink. Mind you my bedroom have a bathroom in it. I did this until the coconut was empty of coconut water. I grabbed the hammer and gave it a few wacks just as I did the first coconut.
Long and behold this coconut didn't crack open like the first one did. It had split all the way around, giving me easy access to just lift up the whole top of the coconut. What I saw made my eyes big as two (2) quarters of a dollar. The coconut was covered in black mold. I became sick having stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, and headaches all from swallowing the contaminated coconut water. After seeing the doctor and running texts on me he told me I had food poisoning from the contaminated coconut water. I went to Walmart to make a report, along with letting the make copies of my receipt and discharged papers from the hospital. The store manager tried to act dumbfounded like he didn't know they sell coconuts. Then responding by saying; well we will check the cameras and have someone call you in two to three business days. Wow | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
