I had dinner with friends on 7/23/17. Dishes we had included chicken/shrimp hibaci, dragon roll, chicken tempura roll, miso soup. I started getting symptoms about 5-6 hours after eating there and went to the ER the following morning after symptoms did not let up. I was hospitalized for an entire day with severe stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, fever, and body chills. I've missed 3 days of work.
