I had a scrambled egg hoagie with American cheese and avocado before work on July 20th, 2021 around 745 am. Slightly after 2 pm, I felt intense stomach pain while writing a diagnostic at work and ran to the bathroom. I had explosive diarrhea that time. It got even worse and had three more episodes of diarrhea at work. I asked my boss for tums, I took two of them. Still didn’t help. I then left work an hour early to rest at home. Later that night, I had extreme cramps and a fever. Then when I woke up at 700 am in the morning, I threw up in the bathroom and had two more episodes of diarrhea. I called off of work for today. Still, I am experiencing pain and uncontrollable bowel movements. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
