Went to wawa in south Smyrna, ordered rice, and bean bowl. Aprox 5 hours after eating my wife became very ill. She has a fever, cold chills, throwing up, diarrhea, bad headache severe sweating. It has been about 48 hours, and she is still very weak, and is still sick to her stomach. She has no appetite. | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Other, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
