On 2 January at approximately 7:30 PM, ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl with apple-wood bacon. After swallowing the first first few bites my Stomach begin to cramp, but didn't take it seriously. Later, I became nauseated, severe vomiting, and severe diarrhea; not even water would stay on my stomach. Head aches and esophagus hurt from the severe vomiting. Currently dehydrated with severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache
