- comments: observed no hand wahsing signs at hand sinks in staff 4th fl. (south),3rd fl. Staff & men's (south) and 3rd fl. Girl's (north),2nd fl. Boy's & girl's (north) and 1st fl. Girl's (north) must provide and maintain.
