I got a cheeseburger no tomato’s with fries and bottle of water around 8pm and I was restless most of the night so I took Pepto bismo around 4am and about an hour later I vomited followed by severe stomach pain, nausea more vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
