double stack cheeseburger with only ketchup mayo and cheese and a small 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate frost. Normally I’m fine from this.
Just me Diarrhea all day today maybe 10times. I ate the food around 8-9pm last night then woke up sick today at 7am. My stomach is in a lot of pain and I fell in bathroom from being dizzy | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
