Wendy's, 37 Street Southwest, Calgary, AB, Canada

1720 37 Street Southwest, Calgary, T3C 3R1 Alberta, Canada

Monday, February 4th at 2:00 PM. I had a junior cheeseburger deluxe (no onion) and a spicy chicken wrap. I ate my meal at 2:00 on my way to work, and about a half an hour after I started to feel “off”. At around 4:00 I started having stomach cramps/pain which continually got worse until 8:00pm, at which time I threw up. I continued to throw up 4 more times that night, and was also defecating pure liquid. I have still been defecating complete liquid since around 9:00 pm on February 4th. It is now February 6, 9:45am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
