Severe Illness After Burger - Wendy's,

am not quite sure who I need to report this to but feel it needs to be reported to somebody I have just recovered from 2 days out of severe food poisoning caused from eating at Wendy's restaurant on Warren Avenue in Portland Maine on Wednesday dec 9th. My grandson and I both went to eat supper there Wednesday night I got severely ill he did not, Â he ate nuggets and fries I ate a double stack burger and fries with cheese and bacon. There was another burger given on his meal as he got the four for $4 meal we do still have that burger home in the refrigerator if testing needs to be done. I have never had food poisoning before but from what I understand this was a severe case of it. I was totally bedridden for two days my grandson who lives with me full time pretty much cared for me, he kept ice water coming to me although I continued vomiting that up but knew I needed to still get liquids into me. He missed two days of school due to this because I was unable to bring him or pick him up. Â I feel this needs to be reported so the restaurant can be investigated for cleanliness or whatever the issue maybe to prevent this from happening to anybody else, I feel with how ill I was that if this happened to an elderly person they may not have recovered from this because I did not know if I would. It is now saturday I have finally stopped vomiting I have not a hundred percent received other bodily functions back to normal yet I am still very weak and unable to stand for long length of time due to being weak. Even if you do not get back to me please check the restaurant out so this will not happen to anybody else.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
