Ordered a number 6 no tomato no mayo with med fry and med dr pepper on wed nov 4. Later that night i got a migraine, started thowing up all night until thursday morning. Had loose stool since. Its nov 10. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
