Food Safety Report - Wendy's,

Ate loaded baked potato and chili. I am 6 months pregnant and ended up in the hospital. They checked and said it was food poisoning. Three others also got sick from it. 2nd time being sick from 2 different Wendy's. NEVER AGAIN! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
