Ordered $4 meal, cheeseburger, nuggets, fries, soda/Fanta cherry no caffeine. Felt nauseous that night, woke up vomiting and having watery stool. Lasted for 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
