Grilled Chicken Salad Illness - Wendy's, Gilbert Arizona

I had a grilled chicken salad the one with avocado and bacon and southwestern dressing   from Wendy’s on Monday August 26th  at almost 12:00 noon. I was the only person in my family to get a salad and the only one to get sick   We went though the drive through and drove straight home and ate it immediately after arriving.   It started to make me nauseous having cramping and sharp pains in my stomach area a few hours after I  finished eating it followed up by vomiting and saver diarrhea and just feeling miserable and sick Monday evening  all of Tuesday and  It’s now after midnight  on Wednesday the 28th and I’m still running to the bathroom every couple of hours with diarrhea., I was pretty detailed already in my last text   Only I got sick in my family. I was the only one that ate a salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
