I ate medium fries and jr cheeseburger and double stack yesterday and started getting sick around 3pm and felt cold and lethargic and around 9pm I started feeling nauseous and then threw up all night. Still don’t feel the best | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
