I ate medium fries and jr cheeseburger and double stack yesterday and started getting sick around 3pm and felt cold and lethargic and around 9pm I started feeling nauseous and then threw up all night. Still don’t feel the best

#1 from here I got mine with lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. My son had the same meal but no vegetables and he is fine today. Ate here yesterday
