I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a 10 piece spicy nugget, and a 1 chili cheese fry on 03/09/2025. I never checked my sandwich before eating it but my partner checked his and saw red meat inside his chicken sandwich. I had already ate my sandwich so mines was never checked. Only about 5 hrs later I started experiencing a headache and stomach cramps with nausea. It worsened as the day progressed so I had to take off work 03/10/2025 - 03/11/2025. I had diarrhea all that day with really bad stomach cramps/fatigue/lightheadedness. I tried taking medicine/pepto bismol but it didn’t help at all. I then started vomiting. As of right now I am still experiencing stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Lightheaded
