Additional information: Ate Wendy’s Thursday evening (August 8th), and woke up around 6am from moaning and groaning in severe abdominal pain. Started having diarrhea shortly after. Diarrhea and abdominal pain were accompanied by severe headaches for 3 days back to back. For 2 of the days, my heart rate spiked to 140+ bpm when standing or trying to do anything besides sitting or laying down. Still having diarrhea after a week.Have been fighting a fever as well. Have not been able to have a normal life since that Thursday evening and am worried it’s salmonella poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Fever
