I ate the Wendy's 4 for 4 at 3:30pm , I had the bacon cheeseburger , chicken nuggets , and fries. I also had a strawberry lemonade. Later on around 9pm I began feeling nauseous , I didn't throw up until 3am when I woke up and ran to the bathroom. I vomited up the Wendy's. Then I woke up again at 6am and vomited more. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
