We had dinner at Wendy's approximately around 8:30. My fiance went to pick it up since we had a late night. We've had Wendy's that late before. So we thought it was a good idea. I told him to surprise me so he got a baconator. Everything was fine until I woke up at 2:50 am from excruciating pain in stomach shooting down so I went to the bathroom. I had diarrhea. Then my mouth started to water and I started vomiting with chunks of bacon. I drank water and continued to throw up for about 3 hours. I went back to sleep for an hour and the same thing. The next day I couldn't keep anything down and I suffered from cramps and abdominal pain. I continued to have the same symptoms. The second day my symptoms eased up but I hardly are or drank anything b cause I would throw it up in my mouth or completely. The third day, I woke up with abdominal cramping and I am trying to keep down a plain piece of toast. The pain had subsided for right now but my body feels weak and my fever broke yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Stomach Pain
